Getting Around in Bangkok:
1. Tuk Tuk’s are open-air motorized carts that are a common means of transportation for tourists. They are great for the cultural experience, but after you’ve had your fun with the tuk tuks, taxis are the way to go if you want to save time and money. Taxis are metered by law, so if your taxis doesn’t have a meter, don’t take it. They are much cheaper than the tuk tuks and they are air conditioned.

2. Traveling around Bangkok can be a nightmare with all the traffic. Wherever possible, take a ride along the river. Most the big temples are within close proximity to the river and it's a breeze heading back and forth.
