You Must Know from Telaviv:

On the beach make sure to keep a close eye on your belongings at night, they steal your camera, wallet etc from right under your nose. My friend was watching the sunset, and all of a sudden her camera was gone. My other friend fell asleep for a minute and his wallet was gone.

Getting Around in Telaviv:

When you are traveling in Israel, Make sure to bargain with the taxis before you enter one. Find out from an Israeli what they get charged to get to a certain destination if possible and then bargain down to that price. They like to take advantage of tourists.
Sometimes even when they run the meter, they drive around the block a few times just to crank up the total.

Looking for things to see and do in Tel Aviv for free? If you're on a budget, don't worry, there are plenty of great things you can see and do without spending a dime. As you might notice after arriving in Israel, Israelis really don't like paying when they know they can get things cheaper somewhere else, if not for free. So, to make yourself even more at home during your visit to Tel Aviv, here are a few things to do in Tel Aviv for absolutely nothing. That's right, for FREE!
Of course, you can take your wallet along to any of these sites and you'll probably be glad you did, but a definite must to bring along is your camera!
